Rajasthan
On the Northwestern limits of India lies Rajasthan, meaning the “Land of the Kings” (Rajas). Since a large part of the State is covered by the arid and desolate Thar Desert, its very inhospitality has bred a race of tough and brave warriors, the Rajputs. The art that adorns the walls of the restaurant is all hand made in villages in Rajasthan by these proud people. We bring you an embodiment of their spirit.

Although the theme and décor is from Rajasthan, our food is from all regions of India, by a frequently changing menu, we will bring you the best dishes from all over the beautiful land of the Indus Valley Civilization known as India

Kababs & Curries
In ancient times, when fuel was in short supply, roasting a small piece of meat on an open flame or embers was considered quick and efficient. The Turkish people are credited for the modern Kabab as we know it. We use a gas powered clay oven lined with charcoal to perfect this art of Kabab making.

The word “Curry” is an anglized version of the South Indian word “Kari” which means gravy or sauce. The practice of stewing food in a liquid goes back almost 5000 years in what is called “Harrappa”, one of the oldest known civilizations in the world, they were known to ad pieces of meat and vegetables to this stew. Today we bring you many newer and improved versions of the age old “Kari”.
